Arman Tsarukyan explained why he considers Ilia Topuria a weak fighter.

“Bryce Mitchell is the worst lightweight, and he knocked him down and held him from a crazy position. And I can say that Topuria is not a fighter of particularly high level. I think he is weak. I will send Topuria back to the top-15 pound-for-pound.
